RULES
of Engagement

So you want your Kids to be ENGAGED

You want your kids to want to learn, to take initiative to enjoy their learning, BUT, are YOU prepared to change?

Today kids are so used to being given step-by-step direction, even teachers are trained that way,
actually figuring stuff out for themselves is beyond them.

We ROB kids of the joy of discovering things for themselves, of helping others and of developing the skill of life long learning.

Kids spend most of their time inside schools that don't encourage THEIR passions.
Schools quash innate differences and push people towards conformity.
It reminds me of the Bed of Procrustes.

Procrustes

Kids are either stretched out or cut off, in the quest for sameness and conformity and they become crippled in the process.
Passionate kids and teachers are hurt by rigidity.
Moving kids through a system at the same speed and slavishly sticking to predefined outcomes ROBS kids of their potential.

Training kids to be creative, is much more inspiring to me.

So in the pursuit of creative learning, here are the……
